What hours can I call you?
We’re open Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
Can I use my utilities while my system is being installed?
My alarm is going off, is there a problem with my system?
First thing first. When your electric goes off, it can trip the breaker causing the system to alarm.
Reset the GFCI breaker located at the lift station to see if that fixes the problem.
If the alarm or light is still on, please give our office a call to determine what the problem is.
How much will it cost to get a new system?
That’s actually a pretty complicated question. Depending on soil type (IE: is your home located on permafrost, or good soil?), where your system is installed, if your system can be installed far enough away from your well, etc….the price can vary greatly.
This is why a site visit is needed. To the best of our knowledge we will access the site and give a bid for the work that is needed. Sometimes if there is a problem we won’t know until we dig the tank up and do an inspection. We always notify clients prior to proceeding if there are issues that need addressing that will affect the cost of the system.
